I struggled with sleep ever since my school days. I would go to bed very late and I would only sleep a few hours each night. The exhaustion would usually kick in on Thursdays or Fridays and I would use the weekends to try and make up for the lost sleep. I did this for years and I’m slowly noticing that I was constantly depriving myself of something that is so crucial to be able to fully enjoy and be present in my life and work.
A few months ago, I decided to make sleep a priority and today I’d like to share with you some tools that have helped me sleep better and feel more awake throughout the day.
