A mindful online coworking space for conscious business owners to help them focus on doing the work that matters.

the cabin has been created out of a need for a space to do meaningful work away from the countless distractions of the digital world, toxic productivity and hustle culture.

It’s a gentle, online environment where mindfulness techniques are practiced to support focused work.

A typical mindful coworking session at the cabin starts with gentle movement and stretching to wake up your body. This is followed by a guided meditation to focus your mind and connect yourself to the work that matters most to you right now. From here, each participant sets an intention for the working session ahead. We then move into the working sprint for 52 minutes. Each session is completed with a short reflection on your work.

Whether you work for yourself or a purpose-led organisation, the cabin is for anyone who wants to do work that has a meaningful impact on the world.
