Mindful online coworking sessions form the heart of the club – 5 times a week (Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays) + monthly half-day focused work immersions. 

Each session lasts 80-minutes and contains movement, meditation, intention setting, a 52-minute focused working session and reflections.

An online community hosted on Heartbeat supports the focused coworking sessions. 

The monthly cost to become a member of the cabin club is €30 (~£26/~$32/~CAD44). 

Why do we need to rethink the way we work

We live in a world where we are constantly inundated with new information. Everywhere we turn, there are incoming emails, unread messages and countless social media notifications pulling on our attention.

We often feel overwhelmed by the demands of our working life. As creatives, freelancers or solopreneurs, we have to build our own structures that a former corporate job may have provided for us.

Like many of us, you probably read all of the books (or at least you started them) on productivity and getting things done. You know all of the tools and hacks, yet you still don’t seem to get to the end of your to-do list.

That’s because most traditional productivity advice is geared towards making you more efficient so you can fit more stuff in. But this pursuit is based on the illusion that there will be an endpoint to your tasks or your demands. The truth is, there will never be an endpoint. 

You are a finite creature in a sea of infinite possibilities which means there is always more to do. 

Yet all too often, you are probably still trying to do it all and you find yourself working late into the night or on weekends while perhaps spending your most productive hours on shallow work such as emails.

Procrastination or perfectionism might be other ways that hold you back from putting your soul work into the world.

 

How can the cabin club support you

the cabin was born out of the frustration of getting lost in busy work and never moving towards something that felt meaningful, mixed with a yearning for deeper connections with other conscious and heart-centred individuals. 

At the cabin club, you are encouraged by a community of like-minded souls to work on the things that truly matter to you. The club creates a gentle space where distractions are minimised, there is an emphasis on monotasking and also a strong focus on your wellbeing which means giving room to all parts of you – your mind, body & soul – through movement and meditation ahead of every coworking session.   

Accountability is created by sharing your intentions for the working sessions and by working alongside other people.

Showing up consistently is often the hardest thing. This is why at the cabin club, we encourage you to show up as you are and instead of demanding that you do your work perfectly and push through all resistance, we simply honour that you are here and from this space you may feel more inspired, creative and are able to pour this energy into your work.

  • Monthly half-day focused work immersions (the cabin intensive)
    • 2 events every third Thursday/Friday of the month ~ European time zone friendly & US/Canadian time zone friendly
    • Preparation session to plan the cabin intensive (run the day before the intensive)
    • 3 hours of focused work combined with movement, meditation, intention setting, celebrations & reflections

You are also going to receive an invite to the cabin online community hosted on Heartbeat. Here you can find the dates and details for all upcoming coworking sessions and events.

The focused online coworking sessions are supported by an online community space.

This is a space for support and encouragement of your meaningful work. You can interact with other members and find useful resources about deep work, focus and intentional creation etc.

You will also find the details of every coworking sessions and you can sign up for them – they will then be automatically added to your digital calendar. 

The cabin club’s online community is not going to be another online space that you need to stay on top of. Feel free to participate as much or as little as you like, knowing that you will never be behind or miss anything important as a monthly email will be sent to all members to keep everyone up to date with what’s going on at the club. 

When you enter the cabin, you commit to a monthly membership. You can cancel the cabin club membership at any time via Stripe. Once you cancelled your subscription, you still have access to the club until the end of your current subscription cycle. You will also receive an invitation to join a short feedback call.
